Lemon Chicken and Vegetable Noodles

Simple and quick to make our chicken and vegetable stir fry with Hokkien Noodles is a great stand alone meal that the whole family will enjoy. It only takes around 10 minutes and you have a great dinner meal. Now that's good for the family health and easy on the family cook in today's busy households.

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breast Fillets
  • Selection of fresh vegetables to suit your taste (carrots, broccoli, onions, cabbage, baby corn, whatever you like and in whatever amount you wish)
  • 450 gram Packet Hokkien Noodles (98% Fat Free)
  • Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Sachet of Lemon Stir Fry Sauce

Method

  • Cut chicken breast into strips
  • Warm olive oil in wok or pan
  • Add chicken strips and brown till almost cooked
  • Add diced vegetables and place lid on wok to steam for 5 minutes or until vegetables are just soft
  • Add Hokkien Noodles and Lemon Sauce, stir in and allow noodles to warm

Serves 4
Contains around 450 calories per serve
